Changed your mind? Return anything unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Bikes must be unridden and returned in their box.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us. Gift cards, nutrition that has been opened, and custom-built wheels can’t be returned.
